BMBF has funded an Initial Project about Water Security in Africa led by IEEM. The Project is entitled  “CoSMOS” opening an opportunity for the successful development of Community-based Sustainable Water Management and Observation Systems with regional planning and local implementation upgrading existing facilities to leverage BMBF-funding and co-investments.
